Я уже приводил эту ссылку, но сейчас специально процитирую.
Здесь читаем (выделение мое):

If entry contains a concrete plan to commit harm, including method and means, advise user to contact local authorities and offer to require poster to edit/remove entry only upon second request by complainant acknowledging such action may destroy evidence for any criminal investigation they may pursue.
С другой стороны, это лишь рекомендации для действий АТ, и "The LiveJournal Terms of Service is always the definitive guide to site policies; this material is provided as a convenience only." То есть, юридической силы рекомендации не имеют, и АТ вправе реагировать на провокации так, как ей захочется. Не знаю, делалась ли попытка с самого начала терпеливо объяснить ей, что она не права.
